Comments should be open now…

Comments should be open to anyone now. First time commentors will have their comments held in moderation until an admin checks them and once the comment is checked it will be made publicly viewable.

Once someone has a comment moderated for the first time they should be able to post comments freely afterward. Until there start to be problems with spam comments and whatnot anyway. If problems start then we may end up putting up some sort of spam filter or image verification check for comments.
